Soy una mujer casada, tengo 2 hijos. Les cuento que me pasó un caso muy doloroso: me cuidaba con pastillas por cierto tiempo, pero después quedé embarazada, pero en este embarazo tuve muchos malestares y problemas. Estoy usando Mesigyna desde hace cuatro meses y quisiera saber cómo poder contrarrestar el efecto de la subida de peso, cada mes subo más. No he aumentado mi cantidad de comida, nada he variado, pero todos me preguntan, por qué he engordado tanto, es fatal, nada más deprimente y ando deprimida con eso. Me encontraba en un hospital, de visita a una amiga enferma y en ese momento se presentó un médico y llevaba un platón en sus manos y dentro de este había una masa que había extraído a una señora y nos dijo: “Miren esto, esta masa se formó por el uso de pastillas anticonceptivas”. Abrió la masa con un bisturí y observamos, los allí presentes, que estaba verde y de mal olor y descompuesta, como si fuera un hígado podrido y nos aconsejó no utilizar anticonceptivos. Soy de Puerto Rico y tengo 29 años. Sólo escribo para contarles sobre mi horrorífica experiencia con la depo-provera. Al principio no volví a ver menstruación, luego comencé a sentir dolores de cabeza, cansancio todo el tiempo, dejadez, aumenté 15 libras (y toda la vida he sido delgada, nunca aumentaba mas de media libra) ¡je je! Sentía mucho sueño y por más que dormía me sentía igual, cambios de ánimo, pérdida de cabello. Eso y algunas cosas más fue durante dos años; cuando decidí no volver a ponérmela comenzó lo peor.

Bueno, recurro a este foro porque tengo muchas dudas, les cuento: hace 9 meses empecé a tomar anticonceptivos en píldoras y he notado muchos cambios en mí, pero el que más me preocupa es el peso, ya que he subido 4 kilos, pero el problema de esto es que estoy flácida, así como llena de líquido, sobre todo en la barriga y las piernas, y como si fuera poco, mi apetito sexual también ha disminuido bastante, simplemente ya no tengo ganas de nada y nada me motiva tampoco. Ahora estoy en la duda, quiero dejar de tomar las píldoras, pero ¿cómo me cuido?

¡Hola!, tengo 20 años... tuve una pareja estable durante un año y había tenido antes otra igual, por lo que decidí tomar pastillas anticonceptivas poco antes de cumplir 18. Terminé con mi último novio queriéndolo mucho, porque no sentía deseo sexual, pensé que tendría que buscar a alguien más, alguien diferente y que físicamente me gustara mucho.

Fue una suerte encontrar esta página, ésto de los anticonceptivos es una historia de horror. Primero usé Mesigyna y me anuló la menstruación y el apetito sexual, además que me daban muchos mareos. Luego me pusieron una t que se me movió, me daba dolor y tenía el período dos veces al mes. Después usé Depoprovera, igual me daban hemorragias y me salió un quiste en un ovario. Ahora estaba con Nogestal y me ha salido una mancha en la frente, en la nariz, un bigote y aparte de ésto nunca he dejado de tener las venitas en las piernas (arañitas) que no me dejan usar ropa corta.
