Estoy usando Mesigyna desde hace cuatro meses y quisiera saber cómo poder contrarrestar el efecto de la subida de peso, cada mes subo más. No he aumentado mi cantidad de comida, nada he variado, pero todos me preguntan, por qué he engordado tanto, es fatal, nada más deprimente y ando deprimida con eso.
