I had a very unusual experience yesterday.  I was a little stressed and just completed my yoga dvd .   I took a nap lying on my back on my sofa.  I had about three candles burning just because.   I guess I was asleep but I felt like I was awake and in complete control.  There was a beautiful white light before me.   The light spoke in a female voice and asked me to follow her.  I started floating out of my body.  I followed the white light.   I was flying through large brown doors.  Then I flew up with this light way beyond the clouds and universe.  Everything was in a beautiful purple color.   I can't explain the beautiful feeling I had.   She told me this was as far as I could go.  I asked her to please take me with her.   She told me no and that everything would be fine.  I then saw a map of the world with yellow water covering and a small calender appeared with only the numbers flipping very fast.   I then woke up.  I feel very blessed to have experienced that.  However, I don 't know what to make of it.   Please email me and give me some insight.
