Alcohol
I'm concerned about helping my daughter, 23, a college student, cute, with great abilities, who has had problems with alcoholism and bulimia for several years. I have given her the medications I have been advised, has been in nursing, psychiatric treatment, Alcoholics Anonymous but her situation is worsening. Today she is unemployed because of the damn drink, she is not worried about missing to work. Often disrespects me... do not blame her, she believes she is insignificant, worthless, has attempted suicide. In moments of lucidity she repents, makes promises of change, but does not keep them for longer than 15 days and relapses again, not sleeping at home, drinking with strangers... Nothing serious has ever happened to her because I live by the hand of God. He and the Blessed Virgin have protected her from the dangers of the night. I hope you can help me but her more than me, because she is ruining her life. It's hard to see how it destroys her life and not know what else to do to get her out of the abyss that she is falling into. Thank you and thank you very much for your valuable help. God bless you.
